Where we deliver

We deliver to a supported list of Australian postcodes. If your postcode is supported, delivery is free. If it isn't supported yet, you'll see a message when you check your postcode — we're steadily expanding our delivery network, so please check back.

Delivery cost

Shipping is free Australia-wide on every order we can deliver. There are no handling fees, freight surcharges or oversized-item charges on our current range.

Delivery timeframes

Most orders dispatch within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is generally estimated at 5–8 business days. Delivery times may vary by product and fulfilment location. Timeframes are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays, weather and high-demand periods.

Multiple parcels & tracking

Koala Coast Pet Supplies works with a network of fulfilment partners located in different warehouses across Australia.

If your order contains more than one product, some items may be dispatched separately and may arrive in different parcels or on different days.

Where tracking is available, we'll send tracking details as each parcel is dispatched. This means you may receive more than one shipping notification for the same order.

There is no additional delivery charge simply because your order is sent in separate parcels.

You can continue to contact Koala Coast Pet Supplies for support with your entire order, regardless of which fulfilment location dispatches each item.

Some products may be dispatched directly from one of our fulfilment partners. Packaging and delivery documentation may vary depending on the product and dispatch location. Your order support, returns assistance and after-sales service remain managed through Koala Coast Pet Supplies.
