How our fulfilment works

We work with established suppliers and fulfilment partners rather than warehousing every item ourselves. This lets us offer a broad, practical range at competitive prices.

Products may be dispatched from Australian or overseas fulfilment locations, depending on the supplier. Direct-import items may ship from China. If your order contains more than one product, items may arrive in separate parcels on different days, and packaging and delivery documentation may vary by product and dispatch location. There is no extra delivery charge because an order is split.

Koala Coast is the retailer and your point of contact for support, delivery questions, returns and after-sales service — whichever location dispatches your items.
