Question 1

What size dog bed should I buy?

Accepted Answer

Measure your dog from nose to tail tip while they're lying stretched out, then add 15–20 cm. If your dog is between sizes, always go up — they'll spread out in summer and curl up in winter.

Question 2

Are your dog toys safe for heavy chewers?

Accepted Answer

We carry a range of toughness ratings. Look for natural rubber and reinforced rope toys for power chewers, and always supervise new toys until you know how your dog plays with them.

Question 3

Do you sell outdoor kennels suitable for Australian weather?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our kennels are designed for outdoor use with weather-resistant materials, ventilation and raised floors. We recommend adding shade in summer and an insulating liner in winter for colder states.

Question 4

Do prices include GST?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every price shown on Koala Coast includes 10% GST — what you see is what you pay.

Question 5

How fast is delivery?

Accepted Answer

Most orders dispatch within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is generally estimated at 5–8 business days. Delivery times may vary by product and fulfilment location.

Question 6

Is delivery free?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is free Australia-wide to every postcode we service. Enter your postcode on any product or cart page to confirm we deliver to you.

Question 7

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we offer a 14-day change-of-mind return policy for eligible unused products in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's cost and a 10% restocking fee applies. This voluntary policy is separate from your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details.
